Friendship across frontiers

Southam has been twinned with Marolles en Hurepoix, a small town about 25 miles to the south of Paris, since 1992 so this year marks the 30th anniversary of the link between the two towns being formally established. The Twinning Association aims to foster relations between the two towns.

It is a voluntary organisation and membership is open to all interested individuals, families, clubs and other bodies from Southam and the surrounding area.

The Association is independent of any financial support from the Town Council and raises funds through various events held during the year. Exchange visits occur annually and fund-raising events are held locally from time to time.

Your help and support in any form will be most welcome. Why not come along to one of our meetings to find out how to be involved? We'd love to meet you.

If you have any general questions about Southam Twinning Association or Marolles en Hurepoix contact Mike Hill on 01926 814144 or use the contact form on our Contact page. If you are ever near Marolles on holiday or business and would like to call and see the town please let us know and we can put you in touch.

Membership is very good value at Individual £10 / Under 16 free / Corporate £20 p.a.
